This centralized system for the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) is designed to implement the directives of Pope Francis from his apostolic letter Vos esis lux mundi ("You are the light of the world.") The service is operated by a secure, third-party entity, Convercent, Inc., which provides intake services for private institutions for reporting on sensitive topics.
